The Copenhagen Competition is underway

Negotiations in this year's finals of the Copenhagen Competition are well underway in the Ceremonial Hall.

ParticipantsOnce again the teams are serious and well prepared for the Copenhagen Competition. This quickly became obvious as the participants began their negotiations on access to food earlier today. In the first of the final rounds the following four teams met Gujarat National Law University (India), National University of Singapore (Singapore), University of Copenhagen (DK) and Yale University (USA),

Later today, the four other teams will meet. They come from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel), New York University (USA), Peking University (China) and University of Cape Town (South Africa)

This year the panel of judges

This year the panel of judges, who will assess the students' effort, consists of Claude Mercier, Christina Schroeder and Edwini Kessie. They are all affiliated with or have previously been affiliated with the WTO. Read more about the judges.

 

 

The Copenhagen Competition can be seen live everyday until Thursday 1 December 2011, when negotiations are concluded with a proper final consisting of the four best teams. Both the initial rounds and the final round are held in the Ceremonial Hall, Frue Plads 4. All interested parties are welcome. Read more about the Copenhagen Competition
