Exams
If you have participated in a moot court competition outside Denmark, you can choose to take an exam based on the moot court competition:
- If you are a master student, you can choose if your exam should count as either 0, 10 or 20 ECTS points, ie. either as one or two master courses.
- If you are a bachelor student, the exam can only count towards your bachelor report (10/15 ECTS points) i.e. if you have already written the bachelor report, you cannot get credit for your participation in a moot court competition unless a dispensation is granted by the Staff Student Study Committee (Studienævnet). If you follow the 2001 study programme you cannot let participation in the INC count towards your bachelor report. However, you can still get 10 ECTS points if a dispensation is granted by the Staff Student Study Commitee (Studienævn)
Type of exam
The exam is based on the given case and legal issues relevant for the particular case. The exam is conducted as an individual oral examination without preparation time.
